How does HerFitClub work?
Does HerFitClub do exchanges?
At HerFit Club, we are committed to providing you with clothes and accessories that you can live in and love, but what happens if it’s the wrong size, style, or fit? We offer free exchanges and never charge restocking or return fees to make it happen!
Return the item to us within 30 days and we’ll exchange it for something that you’ll love. Of course, the item must be unworn, scent-free, and in the same condition as when we sent it out. If something is damaged or defective, let us know and return it within 10 days so that we can make it right.
Is there a contract?
No, HerFitClub is on a month by month basis, You may cancel at any time.
Can I give a FitBox as a gift ?
Yes, you can sign up a friend or relative for HerFitBox. They will continue to receive new outfits until you unroll them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, contact our Customer Support team at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it right away or you can also cancel through your account online it’s fast and easy.
